Independent Epicor Kinetic consultants providing technical support, implementation, and training for manufacturers nationwide. Same-day emergency response — no long-term contract required.
Epicor Kinetic is the current-generation Epicor ERP platform, replacing the legacy Epicor 10 / Classic interface. Kinetic runs on a modern web-based UI (browser and Kinetic Progressive Client), with cloud, on-premises, and private-cloud deployment options. It includes all the core Epicor modules — GL, AP, AR, Job Costing, MRP, Sales, and more — in a redesigned interface with new navigation patterns.
While Kinetic is a significant improvement in many areas, it also introduces new support challenges: interface changes that trip up users from Classic, migration complications, Kinetic-specific configuration quirks, and performance issues in browser-based deployments. ERP Rescue consultants are fluent in both Kinetic and Classic.

The most common pain points for teams transitioning from Epicor 10 / Classic to Kinetic.
Kinetic uses a tile-based, browser-style navigation instead of Classic's menu tree. Common tasks are in different places — and Classic keyboard shortcuts often don't carry over.
The KPC runs as a desktop app but renders the same Kinetic web UI. Performance, display, and session behavior differ from the browser — troubleshooting requires knowing both.
Several module workflows were redesigned in Kinetic — including AP payment processing, AR cash application, and MRP suggestions. Steps that were muscle memory in Classic are now different.
Not all Classic customizations migrate cleanly to Kinetic. BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, and custom reports often need rework after migration.
Epicor Kinetic SaaS (cloud) has a different update cadence, restricted admin access, and different integration patterns than on-prem Kinetic deployments.
As a newer platform, Kinetic has version-specific bugs and workarounds that aren't documented in the user guide. Our consultants know them from firsthand experience.
